Principle
This website is an information site. It does without contact forms, user accounts, newsletters, embedded third-party content and advertising tracking. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the secure operation of the website, for answering enquiries and for anonymised audience measurement.
Access data and server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes the following data for technical reasons: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL as well as browser type and operating system. This data serves the delivery of the website, its stability, security and error analysis. It is not merged with other data sources and is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.
Hosting
The website is hosted with Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. Lovable processes the resulting data on our behalf. Processing may in part take place outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the USA, through Lovable's sub-processors. Protection of the data is ensured by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework respectively. The current list of sub-processors is available at trust.lovable.dev.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and therefore requires no cookie banner. The hosting provider sets technically necessary cookies that serve the delivery of the page and the assignment of a session (cookies «session-id» and «__dpl»). In addition, the website stores your language choice (German or English) in your browser's local storage (entry «jb-lang»); this value does not leave your device. You can delete or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings; the website remains usable.
Audience measurement
To understand how the website is used, we use the audience measurement integrated into the hosting. It records the page accessed, the origin of the visit (referrer), browser and device type, the approximate region based on the IP address as well as technical performance values such as loading times. The evaluation is aggregated; no user profiles are created and no data is passed on to advertising networks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide solely to answer your enquiry and for the correspondence resulting from it. The data is retained for as long as necessary for processing or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Disclosure of data
Personal data is disclosed to third parties only to the IT and hosting service providers named, within the scope of processing on our behalf, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Personal data is not sold.
External links
This website links to third-party offerings, including LinkedIn, iteratio.ch, zayenfeld.ch and baumallee.ch. When you follow these links, the privacy provisions of the respective operators apply. Third-party content is not embedded on jaykson.ch.
Data security
Transmission between your browser and the website is encrypted via TLS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

You have the right to information about the personal data concerning you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to the release or transfer of your data, and to object to processing. Please address enquiries to j.bilbao@iteratio.ch.
